1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VANC Clinic website and all services provided by VANC Clinic SMP. By accessing our website or booking a treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

VANC Clinic SMP provides scalp micro pigmentation (SMP) treatments, including but not limited to density enhancement, scar camouflage, shaved-look simulation, and alopecia coverage. All treatments are performed by trained SMP practitioners at our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.

3. Consultations

Initial consultations are free of charge and carry no obligation. During your consultation, we will assess your needs, discuss expectations, and provide a personalized treatment plan with pricing. A consultation does not constitute a binding agreement for treatment.

4. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from us.
  • We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer an alternative date at no additional cost.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Final pricing is determined during your consultation based on treatment area and complexity.
  • Payment is due at the time of each treatment session unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept bank transfer, cash, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

6. Treatment Results

Results of scalp micro pigmentation vary between individuals depending on skin type, existing hair, and treatment area. While we strive for optimal outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. The SMP preview tool on our website provides an approximate visualization and does not represent a guarantee of the final treatment result.

7. Aftercare

Following treatment, you will receive aftercare instructions that must be followed to achieve optimal results. VANC Clinic SMP is not responsible for results that are compromised due to failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

8. Touch-Up Policy

SMP treatments typically require 2–3 sessions. A complimentary touch-up session is included within the first 12 months following completion of your initial treatment plan. Touch-up sessions after 12 months are available at a reduced rate.

9. Health & Safety

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin disorders, or medications that may affect treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may pose a health risk.
  • All equipment used is sterile and single-use. We adhere to strict hygiene protocols.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VANC Clinic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Liability

  • VANC Clinic SMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the treatment in question.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your treatment. We will work with you to resolve any concerns. Complaints can be directed to info@vanc.clinic.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for services rendered in the Netherlands, and by Belgian law for services rendered in Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant country.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
