Medical technology
No needle. Same precision.
Our needle-free medical device delivers pigment or active serum through an ultra-fine microjet instead of a needle. We use it for scalp micropigmentation and for mesotherapy of the scalp and face — in a clinical setting, by trained practitioners.

How it works
A microjet instead of a needle.
The device pushes a tiny, controlled dose of liquid through a nozzle finer than a hair at very high speed. The jet opens its own micro-channel in the skin, places the dose and is gone in a fraction of a second.
Controlled depth
Pressure and dose are set on the device for each zone, so every shot lands at the depth the treatment needs — the same principle that makes SMP look natural.
Nothing pierces the skin
No needle enters the skin. Most clients describe the feeling as a short tap. There is less trauma to the surface, which keeps redness and recovery to a minimum.
Clinical hygiene
The handpiece never touches the treated area with a needle. The fluid path is prepared fresh for every client and the session follows our medical hygiene protocol.
Two uses
One device, two treatments.
We use the needle-free device where it genuinely helps. Whether it fits your situation is decided at your free intake — not on a website.
Scalp
Needle-free SMP
Scalp micropigmentation with pigment placed by microjet instead of a needle. The goal stays the same: realistic follicle impressions at the right depth, in your shade.
- For clients who prefer to avoid needles
- Calm surface, quick settling of redness
- Planned and finished by the same SMP specialist
Scalp & face
Mesotherapy
A cocktail of vitamins, amino acids and peptides delivered just under the skin. On the scalp it supports healthier hair; on the face it supports hydration and skin quality.
- Scalp: supports thinning hair and scalp health
- Face: hydration, glow and fine texture
- A short course, then maintenance if it suits you
In the clinic
What a session looks like.
A scalp mesotherapy session with the needle-free handpiece. The serum is loaded, the nozzle rests against the skin and each dose is delivered in a single quick pulse.

Is it for you?
Who it suits — and who should wait.

FAQ
Questions about needle-free treatment
Does needle-free really mean no needle at all?
Yes. No needle enters your skin. The device uses a very fine, high-speed jet of liquid to place pigment or serum at a controlled depth.
Does it hurt?
Most clients feel a short tap or flick with each pulse. Sensitivity differs per person and per zone, and we adjust the settings during the session.
Is needle-free SMP as precise as needle SMP?
Depth and dose are set per zone, which is what precision in SMP depends on. At your intake we tell you honestly whether needle-free or our classic technique suits your scalp better.
What is in the mesotherapy serum?
Typically vitamins, amino acids, hyaluronic acid and peptides. We choose the cocktail at your intake based on your goal, your skin and any allergies.
How many mesotherapy sessions do I need?
Usually a short course of a few sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance if you like the result. Results differ per person; mesotherapy supports, it does not replace medical treatment of hair loss.
